A tool for controlling and inspecting actuators.
It is a single device that incorporates a chronometer, testers for analog and digital sensors, a peak detector, a cycle counter, and a pulse counter. These functions are included in monitoring cycle time and actuator vibration. In practice, by connecting two proximity sensors to terminal blocks A and B, it is possible to not only count the system cycles but also inspect them and monitor characteristic times (instantaneous, average, maximum, etc.). Furthermore, the peak detection function allows for the actuator to be operated in an optimal motion state, enabling monitoring of instantaneous vibration levels. Once the cycles are optimized, durability testing can be conducted using the pulse counter function. Each value is displayed on a backlit LCD screen equipped with Zoom, Power Safe, and Auto Power-Off functions. Everything is supplied in a box that includes tools, two magnetic proximity sensors with adapters, an analog sensor for vibration, a power unit for durability testing, and two batteries for field adjustments.
